Founded in 2012 by Henri and Joyce Samoutou, New Sight is dedicated to restoring sight in northern Congo, where medical services were previously non-existent. They operate a hospital providing eye surgery, chronic disease care, and dental outreach, alongside health screenings for local schools. Medical ministry is not cheap, but we cannot put a price tag on sight.

Please consider supporting the Porters every step of the way. Emma Porter (3 years old) has been diagnosed with a rare disease called Acute Necrotizing Encephalopathy which caused an autoimmune over-response. Effectively, her body launched an attack on her brain, causing severe swelling. She is currently in the ICU at Lurie’s Children’s Hospital of Chicago.
