Can I ask a woman or more than one person to be on the call?

Depending on availability, my ministry partner Meg may join our session. We typically have two ministers on each call, following the model Jesus used when He sent His disciples out two by two (Luke 10:1). We find this approach is highly effective; it allows us to bring different spiritual gifts to the conversation and has consistently provided the best support for those we serve. If you would prefer to have only women on your call, please feel free to request that in your intake form.

There is nothing specific you need to do to prepare—just come with an open heart. There is absolutely no judgment or condemnation here. Jesus does not keep a record of your past (1 Corinthians 13:5 & Psalm 103:12), and neither do we. We treat our past versions of "self" as things that no longer define us, for as Scripture says, forget the former things; do not dwell on the past (Isaiah 43:18).

God wants us to focus on the finished work of the cross, and we are here to support your healing and your journey with Him. Instead of looking back, we are pressing on—straining toward what is ahead (Philippians 3:13)—as we move forward toward the new identity already secured for us in Christ. Being open and at peace will help you receive His grace and healing more readily. Yes, post-session exhaustion is very common and widely acknowledged. Emotional and spiritual breakthroughs can be deeply taxing on the physical body. We highly recommend planning for immediate rest, staying well-coordinated with hydration, and giving yourself gentle time to process everything after our call.

Physical healing is often a process rather than an instantaneous moment. If this is your first test result since receiving prayer, it may simply serve as a new baseline to measure your progress moving forward, rather than a final verdict.

We encourage you to stand firm in faith rather than wavering or becoming double-minded (James 1:6–8). Trust that God is actively working in your body, and continue partnering with your healthcare providers to track your recovery trajectory through proper clinical diagnostics over time.
